Sendtick — Privacy Policy

Sendtick is built privacy-first. There is no account and no sign-up, and your climbing log stays on your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
We do not collect personal information. Sendtick has no user accounts, no analytics or usage tracking, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. We cannot see your climbs, your stats, or anything you type into the app.
On-device data
Everything you log — climbs, sessions, projects, grades, and notes — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. In this version of the app, iCloud sync is not enabled, so your data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export it (for example, the CSV export, which produces a file you control and share yourself).
Purchases
Sendtick offers an optional “Pro” upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we use RevenueCat to validate and restore them. To do this, RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and purchase/transaction details (such as which product you bought and its status). This information is used only to unlock and restore your purchase. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple — we never see your card or Apple Account information.
Third parties
- Apple — processes payments and delivers the app.
- RevenueCat — validates and restores in-app purchases. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
There are no analytics SDKs and no ad networks in Sendtick.
